Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for most of our items. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it to us within 30 days to either get a refund or exchange it for a new item. However, please keep in mind that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

  • To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging intact.
  • In order to process your return, we'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that eligible items for return are those that are faulty or damaged. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. If an item was purchased at a discounted price, it cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. Following this, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, here are some steps to follow:
  • Double-check your bank account to confirm if the refund has been processed.
  • Reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Contact your bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is fully posted.
  • If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at themigrainestore@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to assist you further.

Sale items (if applicable)

We can only process refunds for regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at themigrainestore@gmail.com and proceed to send the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

In cases where the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure its safe return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
